Kham Nguyen
Kham Nguyen is Vice President of Global Field Service & Validations at Rapid Micro Biosystems, where he leads global service operations, validation services, and technical support for the company’s Growth Direct® platform.
With more than 16 years at Rapid Micro Biosystems, Mr. Nguyen has held leadership roles across applications, validations, sales, and global service. He has been instrumental in building and scaling the company’s service and validation organization into a critical driver of customer success and recurring revenue.
Since assuming leadership of the global service organization in 2022, Mr. Nguyen has driven significant improvements in operational performance, including increased system uptime, reduced unplanned service events, and enhanced service efficiency across a global installed base. He leads a distributed team supporting customers across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific in highly regulated pharmaceutical and biotechnology environments.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Nguyen led the development and expansion of the company’s global validation services function and served in commercial leadership roles during a period of strong system adoption. His cross-functional experience enables him to align service strategy with broader business objectives, including long-term customer retention and lifecycle value.
