Katherine Atkinson
Katherine Atkinson serves as Senior Vice President, Global Sales and Marketing, at Rapid Micro Biosystems. She is a global commercial leader with more than 25 years of experience driving growth across diagnostics, precision medicine, and life sciences, with deep expertise in scaling innovative biotech and diagnostic companies.
Prior to joining Rapid Micro Biosystems, Ms. Atkinson held senior commercial leadership roles at Quantum-Si, Evofem Biosciences, Truvian Health, and Epic Sciences, where she led go-to-market strategy, commercialization, and market expansion for disruptive diagnostic and life science platforms. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at Illumina and Beckman Coulter, driving global sales growth through strategic partnerships and international channel development. Ms. Atkinson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and currently serves on the Advisory Board of Truvian Health and on The Center for Community Solutions in San Diego.
