The Board of Directors of Rapid Micro Biosystems has approved and requires adherence to the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics. The Code of Business Conduct and Ethics provides guidelines to employees on their ethical and legal responsibilities.
As part of the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, the Board of Directors has established a confidential Compliance Hotline and online portal that employees, customers, vendors, or other interested persons can use to anonymously report violations of, or express concerns regarding compliance with, any of the Company's ethics policies (including any matters involving accounting, internal accounting controls, audit matters or fraud, or any other compliance or ethics matters).

Rapid Micro Biosystems respects the confidentiality of individuals who report potential violations and has a no retaliation policy for individuals who raise a concern honestly and in good faith. Enforcement of violations of the no retaliation policy will be addressed promptly, consistently, and effectively.
The confidential Compliance Hotline, operated by an independent company, is available toll-free from many countries and is staffed 24/7 by multilingual case managers. A secure online portal is also available to anonymously report an issue.
