Nat Ricciardi
Nat Ricciardi spent his entire 39-year career at Pfizer Inc., retiring in 2011. At retirement, Mr. Ricciardi held the positions of President, Pfizer Global Manufacturing and Senior Vice President, Pfizer Inc.
In addition to his corporate leadership role, Mr. Ricciardi was directly responsible for all of Pfizer’s internal and external supply organization, a global enterprise with as many as 38,000 employees and more than 100 manufacturing facilities supplying small and large molecule pharmaceuticals, vaccines, consumer, nutrition and animal health products.
He played a leadership role in shaping a mission-driven and values-based culture as the company went through phases of growth, mergers, and acquisitions and transformation. His relentless focus on Quality and Compliance became a competitive advantage.
Mr. Ricciardi earned a degree in Chemical Engineering from the City College of New York (CCNY) and an MBA in Finance and International Business from Fordham University. He serves on the Board of Directors of Dynavax Technologies, Inc., Asterias Biotherapeutics, Inc., and is on the Strategic Advisory Board of HealthCare Royalty Partners.
